WHY CHOSE EVERGREEN REFUGE
Plug in. Heat up. Step Inside.
Full-Spectrum Infrared Technology
Not all infrared is the same. Full-spectrum heaters emit near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths simultaneously - each penetrating tissue at a different depth. Near infrared supports cellular repair and skin health. Far infrared drives the deep core heat that produces the cardiovascular and detoxification response.
Medical-Grade Low EMF Panels
Every infrared sauna we carry is tested to near-zero EMF and ELF levels - the electromagnetic fields that cheaper units emit in excess. You are sitting inside this unit for 30–45 minutes at a time. The panel quality matters.
White-Glove Advisor Support
An infrared sauna is a long-term wellness investment. We do not process orders and disappear. Every purchase includes direct access to a wellness advisor who can answer questions about placement, electrical requirements, protocol, and maintenance - before and after delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Far infrared is the most common type - it heats the body directly at a deep tissue level and is responsible for most of the cardiovascular and detoxification benefits associated with infrared sauna use. Full-spectrum adds near and mid infrared wavelengths, which support cellular repair, collagen production, and skin health at shallower tissue depths. If your primary goal is cardiovascular health and recovery, far infrared is sufficient. If you want the complete range of benefits, full-spectrum is worth the upgrade.
EMF (electromagnetic field) and ELF (extremely low frequency) are forms of radiation emitted by electrical heating elements. At high levels, prolonged exposure is a health concern. Cheaper infrared saunas often have elevated EMF readings because the heater panels are not properly shielded. Every sauna we carry has been independently tested to near-zero EMF and ELF levels.
Most 1–2 person infrared saunas plug into a standard 120V household outlet - no electrician required. Larger 3–4 person units typically require a dedicated 240V, 20–30A circuit, similar to a dryer outlet. The product specifications for each model list the exact electrical requirement. If you are unsure, your advisor can confirm what your space needs before you order.
Infrared saunas are designed for indoor use and can be placed in a bedroom, basement, spare room, or garage. They do not require plumbing or ventilation beyond a standard room - the heat is dry and does not produce steam. The unit needs a level floor, adequate ceiling height (most units are 75–78 inches tall), and access to the appropriate electrical outlet. A 2-inch clearance on all sides is recommended for airflow.
In-stock units typically ship within 3–7 business days via freight or white-glove delivery depending on the model. Your advisor will confirm availability and coordinate the delivery window with you directly before shipment. All units arrive fully assembled or in panel sections that connect without tools in under an hour.
